Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service on the floor. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong organizational and people skills, capable of driving team performance and maintaining a smooth and productive environment. —
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction Train, motivate, and manage floor staff to meet performance and service standards Monitor inventory levels, stock presentation, and cleanliness of the floor Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly Collaborate with upper management to implement policies, promotions, and procedures Track team performance and support staff development through coaching and feedback Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times
