This role involves managing a team of repair technicians, scheduling service appointments, ensuring timely and high-quality pool repair services, and occasionally performing hands-on repair work. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing leadership with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the repair and maintenance of residential and commercial swimming pools. Supervise and dispatch repair technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Diagnoses and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, including Jandy, Hayward and Pentair products. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, rolling stock and inventory. Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly. Collaborate with the cleaning department to streamline operations and improve service quality. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in swimming pool repair and maintenance preferred. Extensive knowledge of Jandy, Hayward, and Pentair product lines, including heat pumps. Experience using cloud-based calendar or dispatching boards Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work and manage multiple tasks effectively.
