Your job will be to oversee your crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed regularly, driving the truck from job to job, running the mower primarily, coaching your crew as needed, and direct reporting and communication with home base as needed. Efficiency and profitability of your truck is a primary goal.

• you will be directly responsible for each aspect of maintenance on your accounts.

Making sure your crew is keeping bushes shaped to the customers liking, ensuring that all edging and weedeating has been done properly and efficiently, mowing each account for an aesthetically pleasing outcome, safely operating your mower, keeping your mower in top working order by alerting home base of any mechanical or maintenance needs. You will also be in charge of walking each property after it has been serviced to make sure each of your team members has done their job and that the property is kept to the standards of our company.

• You are the driver and the supervisor. You will be navigating from job to job, making sure to adhere to a high level of efficiency and safety. Reliability is a must. You are responsible for loading and unloading your truck on a daily basis as well as the security of our equipment.
• You will be responsible for keeping track of time in/out of each team member to ensure that the the time in/out that they report matches the time in/out that you report. Any indiscretion, tardiness, time wasting, or inefficiency should be reported to home base.
• Although this is more of a supervisor position, on occasion you will have to cover for team members in terms of shaping bushes, weedeating, spraying for weeds, blowing, etc. Other tasks assigned to you will be at the discretion of management.
• As you possess a high level of experience, you should show your leadership and impart your experience on each team member as needed, building a strong team and working with each other in a cohesive manner to achieve the goal of excellent customer service, happy staff, professional outcomes and a profitable business.
• You will have the opportunity to learn about irrigation and landscape lighting if you so desire.
