Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader Chesser Lawn Care Chelsea, AL 35043 Job Summary We are looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader who is responsible for overseeing and executing lawn maintenance tasks to ensure the aesthetic appeal and health of various properties. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical skills, and hands-on work in lawn care and groundskeeping. The ideal candidate will lead a team in maintaining residential and commercial properties while ensuring high-quality service. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the lawn care crew to ensure efficient operations. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Oversee tree care activities such as pruning and removal as necessary. Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, mulching, and watering plants. Train crew members on best practices in lawn care techniques and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with supervisor regarding equipment maintenance needs. Skills Proficient in lawn care maintenance techniques including lawn mowing and groundskeeping. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
