In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality lawn mowing and basic yard maintenance services for our residential and commercial clients. You’ll operate and maintain professional-grade equipment, ensuring every property looks its best. Responsibilities Operate zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely and efficiently. Perform professional lawn mowing services according to company standards and client specifications. Conduct string trimming around obstacles, edges, and hard-to-reach areas. Perform precision edging along sidewalks, driveways, and garden beds. Clear grass clippings and debris from hard surfaces (patios, driveways, walkways) using blowers. Inspect lawns for issues such as weeds, pests, or diseases and report findings to the supervisor. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment (e.g., checking fluid levels, sharpening blades, cleaning air filters). Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment trailer. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor on client properties. Qualifications 2+ years of professional lawn mowing or landscaping experience required. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. CDL is preferred but not required Experience operating commercial lawn care equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers). Strong understanding of lawn care best practices. Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions (e.g., lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, stand for long periods). Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
