Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Landscaper with a passion for lawn care and strong customer service skills to manage their own mowing route and landscaping projects. This is a full-time role with opportunities for overtime and long-term growth, ideal for someone committed to building a career with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a residential mowing route using zero-turn mowers. Perform landscaping tasks, including operating power tools (weed-whackers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws). Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor. Manage landscaping projects from start to finish with attention to detail. Safely drive a truck and trailer to transport equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Intermediate experience (a few years hands-on) required; expert-level experience is a plus. Proficiency with zero-turn mowers and power tools (weed-whackers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws). Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record (background check required). Strong customer service skills for interacting with residential clients. Ability to drive a truck with a trailer.
