Position:

Lawn & Landscape Crew Member We’re looking for hardworking, reliable Crew Members to join our growing team. This is a great fit for experienced lawn professionals who want a steady schedule, guaranteed income, and real opportunities to grow within the company. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in lawn maintenance (Required) Proficient with: Stand-on mower Edger Weed eater Hedge trimmer Blower High attention to detail and efficiency Team-oriented with a positive attitude Physically able to work outdoors in all conditions English proficiency (Required) Responsibilities Perform residential mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup (Monday-Thursday) Assist with flowerbed maintenance and seasonal tasks Operate all equipment safely and efficiently Maintain punctuality and follow company standards for quality and professionalism Support additional projects or tasks as needed during busy seasons

Schedule & Compensation Work Days:

Monday-Thursday Daily Pay:

$150•$200 (Salary-Based)

Pay Frequency:

Weekly (Direct Deposit every Wednesday) Guaranteed Pay for 47 weeks per year

Start Time:

6:15 AM•7:30

AM End Time:

3:00 PM•5:30 PM Bonus Pay Available during Spring and Summer (Peak Seasons)

Average Hours:
