The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of commercial/residential grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role requires a combination of technical skills and hands-on experience in landscaping and general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform routine groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, etc. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks. Conduct tree care activities such as tree trimming. Maintain landscape features by planting, watering, fertilizing, and weeding gardens. Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify maintenance needs. Assist with mechanical repairs and general upkeep of tools and equipment. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards. Skills Proficient in groundskeeping techniques including mowing, and landscape maintenance. Experience using power tools such as chainsaws, trimmers, and lawnmowers. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with repairs and maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
