Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled, full-time landscaper to upkeep and elevate the outdoor spaces of our condominium property. This position plays a vital role in keeping our grounds pristine, secure, and visually appealing. The successful candidate will bring extensive landscaping and horticulture experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a forward-thinking mindset to maintain our property’s excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out regular landscaping duties, such as mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, pruning trees, weeding, and planting. Care for gardens, flower beds, and landscaped zones, promoting healthy plants and a polished look. Operate and upkeep landscaping tools, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and similar equipment. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as required, adhering to safe and eco-conscious methods. Routinely clear trash and debris from the grounds to ensure a clean and inviting outdoor environment. Support minor irrigation fixes, like swapping out sprinkler heads and fine-tuning water settings. Handle seasonal duties, such as mulching, leaf cleanup, and preparing plants and equipment for winter. Regularly assess landscaped areas, spot potential concerns, and take proactive steps to resolve them. Work alongside property management on unique projects and improvements to enhance the grounds. Complete all tasks in accordance with established safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in landscaping, grounds care, or a comparable field. Familiarity with a range of plants, trees, and landscaping practices. Competence in using and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment. A meticulous approach and dedication to delivering top-tier results. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work across diverse weather conditions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
