Boca Raton, FL 33431 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and garden upkeep. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns. Assist in planting, watering, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers. Dig holes for planting and transplanting as needed. Operate power tools and equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers safely and efficiently. Irrigate gardens and lawns according to specific requirements. Build and maintain landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and equipment properly. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and tree care practices is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge to operate various power tools effectively is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
