Responsibilities:
Maintain landscaping around the Clubhouse and throughout the community, including watering, mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep. Perform monthly manual water meter readings, typically completed over a 2-3 day period. Deliver notices and communications directly to residents. Conduct daily trash pickup and maintain cleanliness of the park and surrounding areas.
