The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities and grounds. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs and upkeep of buildings and grounds. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance projects. Conduct landscape maintenance including lawn care, irrigation, and garden upkeep. Assist with groundskeeping duties to ensure the aesthetic appeal of the property. Monitor and maintain equipment used for landscaping and maintenance tasks. Report any safety hazards or necessary repairs to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools are stored properly after use. Skills Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Knowledgeable in landscape maintenance practices including lawn care and irrigation techniques. Ability to perform general groundskeeping duties with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues independently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
