The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping, hardscape installation, and general upkeep of gardens and lawns. Responsibilities Maintain and care for landscaped areas, including mowing, trimming, and weeding. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Build and install hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging and lifting. Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping projects. Attention to detail in maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping.
