⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Sprinkler Work /Handy-person is needed (part time) (Southold, NY) compensation: CASH Hello! We need a handyperson to do projects around our house. We will provide all the supplies, but you would need to provide your own tools. Please tell us about yourself and experience with carpentry, interior and exterior painting, gardening, window cleaning, ect. If you have a green thumb, that is a plus. May need you to occasionally weed or maintain our small garden or prune a branch. Some of our water sprinklers need to be repaired. We are hoping to find someone who has experience with fixing them. We will buy the materials that are needed. You would need to have your tools. The hourly rate is $20 x 5 hours= $100 cash. This is a part time gig and you will always be guaranteed 5 hours of work. We are looking for someone who is available to work either on a weekday or weekend. We are flexible. Need someone with a clean record and will not smoke on the property. PRUNING IS DONE FOR THIS SEASON.

Will need someone for next year.) We are looking for some who can trim /prune a few flowered shrubs/bushes in the front. We will also need you to trim/cut the branches that are overhanging by our fence. If you can prune some of our trees that would be great too. This gig may take a few days…and we are flexible for when it is finished. We will pay you the cash daily. This “gig” is an as needed job, with potential to get referrals with our extended family and friends.
