Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Foreman/ laborer to join our team. As a Landscape laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping and groundskeeping. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
• Operate hand tools and power tools for landscaping tasks
• Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
• Perform tree care tasks such as pruning and trimming
• Dig holes for planting and install garden features
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces by removing debris and litter

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is required
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of basic plant care techniques
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.
