Landscape Laborer Erb’s Landscaping 1686 Route 940, Pocono Lake, PA 18347 Job description Positions Available on our Landscape Installation and Hardscape Installation Crews. Finish this Landscape season with us and you will be offered a Snow Removal crew position and a full-time position for the start of our 2025 season. Compensation Range $18
- $24•Compensation dependent on experience and qualification.

landscape company. We are offering 2 positions to talented and energetic individuals for our landscape and hardscape installation crew. We are looking to fill one position for an individual with experience in planting, mulching, edging, pruning and other “soft scaping”. Our other position is in landscaping and hardscaping. This is an opportunity for the right, motivated, individuals to work with experienced career professionals in a fast-paced work environment on creative installations with a professional growth mind set. We have a zero-tolerance drug policy for everyone’s safety. Qualified Candidates must have the following:
- Reliable transportation to work
- Valid Driver License
- Attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Experience in outdoor work is a must
- Experience properly installing mulch and bed edging is a plus
- Overtime Opportunities available Competitive Compensation is hourly and dependent on experience.
