Landscaper Shepherds view LLC York, PA 17408 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscaping principles. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various landscapes, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and hardscapes are well-kept and thriving. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, to maintain healthy grass. Utilize power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws for efficient landscape maintenance. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants. Engage in groundskeeping tasks to keep outdoor areas clean and presentable. Build and maintain hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Cultivate gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper care techniques are applied. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal when necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete landscape projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred. Familiarity with landscape design principles is a plus. Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively is essential. Knowledge plant care techniques is beneficial. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
