The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties through various lawn care and landscaping services. The Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth. Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, mulching, and watering as needed. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify maintenance needs or potential issues. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Leaf Cleanups in the fall Requirements Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with operating hand tools and equipment related to landscaping. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timelines. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites. Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed.
