Role:

We’re seeking hardworking individuals who are ready to give 100% during three 12-hour workdays each week — and then enjoy four full days off. Alder Pest Control is hiring dedicated and reliable Field Experts to join our dynamic team. Prior pest control experience is a bonus, but not required — we are fully equipped to train and educate you to become a proficient pest control professional. What Does a Day-in-the-Life Look Like? As a Field Expert, you’ll be applying targeted pest control treatments like sprays, baits, and traps to solve pest problems and protect homes. You’ll interact with customers daily — explaining services, offering prevention tips, and ensuring their experience is smooth and positive. You’ll complete a full 40-hour workweek across just three 12-hour shifts (with opportunities for overtime), giving you four consecutive days off to recharge or pursue your passions. Your hard work in the field plays a direct role in the success of Alder Pest Control and makes a real impact on the lives of the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow a scheduled route within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location. Provide pest control services, including applying pesticides, setting traps, and inspecting properties, while adhering to all safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients about their pest control needs and explain service results. Keep detailed and accurate records of services provided. Troubleshoot service issues and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure equipment is always ready for use.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude. Self-motivated with good time management and the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reside within the service area. Prior pest control experience is helpful but not required — we provide comprehensive training and help with licensing as needed.
