With over 700 loyal customers and strong route density, we are building a scalable, technician-led operation rooted in professionalism, trust, and responsiveness. We’re seeking a Lead Technician to serve as our field support leader—handling complex jobs, retreatments, technician training, and service quality control as we scale.

Position Overview:

This is not a full-time route role. The Lead Technician will operate in a versatile, high-impact capacity—stepping in where needed across field operations to ensure excellent service delivery and technician development. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who’s ready to lead, mentor, and help professionalize a growing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and complete high-priority service calls, including retreatments and escalated issues Lead specialty services such as rodent control, bee/wasp nest removal, and flea/tick treatments Support active routes when needed, including temporary coverage for technician absences or overload Train new field technicians during onboarding and reinforce SOPs in the field Conduct service quality audits, customer follow-ups, and technician ride-alongs Collaborate with management on improving SOPs, customer satisfaction, and technician performance Ensure documentation, CRM usage, and safety protocols are followed on every job

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential pest control Familiarity with a wide range of pests and treatment methods, including exclusion and specialty services Clear communicator and capable trainer; able to model professionalism in the field Comfortable with mobile technology and CRM systems (experience with FieldRoutes is a plus) Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in service
