If you have the right attitude, are self-motivated, and you’re a people person that understands what it takes to provide excellent customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply. We will train the right person – experience is a plus! No Licensing is needed, and paid training is offered. We are seeking technicians to start as soon as the next two weeks. You will be provided with all equipment and a company vehicle. Daily schedule from 8:00-5:00, competitive hourly rates ($17-$22 per hour), 40 hours a week Our technicians have a chance to join us early, build their routes and grow their earning potential quickly!!! What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

Help implement a marketing plan for mosquito and tick control services Complete our award-winning paid training and be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route that will be managed with efficiency and professionalism Learns how to prepare job sites for treatment then sprays properties with precision and expertise Understands how to mix/apply chemicals to residential structures according to work order specifications, safety procedures, and label instructions Provide excellent customer service to retain customers Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction Assists with completion of required production forms at the end of daily work order assignment Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle and maintenance of equipment

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Must have own transportation to the branch location Excellent people skills High work ethic Ability to work independently Ability to carry a 40-45lb backpack sprayer Willing to work outdoors Ability to pass a background check
