Ball Ground, GA 30107 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial clients, ensuring safe and effective treatment methods are employed. This role requires a strong understanding of pest behavior, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers about their pest control needs. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential risks. Develop and implement customized pest management plans based on inspection findings. Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments using various hand tools and power tools safely. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of ongoing maintenance. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to pest control tasks. Experience in sales is a plus, as you will be required to promote additional services to clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and education on pest management strategies. A company service vehicle, phone, shirts and hats will be provided at no charge. Vehicle may be driven home to allow employee to schedule more efficiently without reporting to the office daily and to spend more time with their families.
