In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control methods, as well as experience with lawn care and landscape maintenance. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients maintain healthy and pest-free environments. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem. Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to individual client needs. Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and regulations. Utilize various tools, including power tools and hand tools, for pest control applications. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up schedules. Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on pest prevention strategies and maintaining open communication regarding treatment plans. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency in operations. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products, with relevant certifications preferred. Experience in lawn care, farm operations, or landscape maintenance is highly beneficial. Proficient in the use of farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools related to pest control tasks. Excellent driving skills with a valid driver’s license to travel between job sites efficiently. Sales skills to effectively communicate services to clients and promote additional offerings as needed. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address various pest-related challenges effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
