The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree removals and trimming, with the ability to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires effective leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew. Ensure proper operation of equipment such as rigging and bucket truck for tree care tasks. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Work with team members on best practices in equipment operation. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. Requirements Proven experience in tree industry. Strong knowledge of growing techniques for trees. Experience in operating rigs and bucket trucks safely. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
