We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tree Crew Leader to join our growing team. If you are a skilled arborist with leadership experience and a passion for providing top-quality tree care, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for leading a crew in various tree service operations including crane removals, trimming, and pruning. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, experience working from a lift, experience working with crane removals, has their CDL A, and has excellent customer service skills. Duties Operate and drive company vehicles, including those requiring a CDL A. Perform tree removals using cranes and other specialized equipment. Conduct proper trimming and pruning in accordance with industry standards. Operate aerial lifts, bucket trucks, skid loaders, wheel loaders, and other machinery safely and efficiently. Lead and mentor a crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Communicate professionally with customers, addressing any concerns or questions. Perform basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications CDL A License Valid Driver’s License Minimum of 3 years of experience in tree service or a related field. Experience with crane removals and working from lifts or bucket trucks. Strong knowledge of proper pruning and trimming techniques. Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and repairs. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Must be able to pass a drug test. Benefits Competitive starting pay at $35.00 per hour
