Asphalt Laborer Position Available In Gloucester, New Jersey

Asphalt Laborer J&D’s Paving Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 We are looking to hire a reliable and hardworking Asphalt Laborer to join our paving crew. This role involves physical labor and working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment. Ideal candidates are team players who are motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Shoveling and brooming asphalt and debris Cleaning up job sites before, during, and after work Assisting with setup and breakdown of work areas Following instructions from foreman and crew leaders Operating basic hand tools and equipment (with training) Ensuring a safe and clean job site at all times

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license Must have reliable transportation (own car required) Must be willing to work and show up on time Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically able to perform manual labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Must be a team player and follow direction

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in asphalt, paving, or construction is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate

Schedule:

Full-time, typically Monday through Friday (weekend work as needed) Overtime available depending on project demand
