Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Concrete Masons and Tenders for long-term work in Tampa, Weeki Wachee, and Sarasota, Florida. Masons will perform finishing work, while Tenders will support with setup, material prep, and maintaining workflow on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Finish concrete surfaces using trowels, screeds, and power tools. Apply surface treatments, sealants, and curing agents. Set forms and assist with layout and rebar placement. Support masons by organizing tools and prepping materials.
Requirements:
Concrete finishing or tendering experience required. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work in Florida’s outdoor conditions. Punctual, reliable, and safety-minded. Skills Knowledge of masonry techniques including stucco application and tile laying. Familiarity with power tools used in construction. Ability to assist with roof installations or repairs. Understanding of frame carpentry principles. Experience with concrete forming processes is a plus. Basic skills in construction estimating are beneficial. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
