Carpenter – 1+ yrs exp req Nitro Trailers Pittsfield, ME 04967 Job Overview We are seeking individuals with carpentry skills who may have experience working on trailers in a fast paced trailer assembly line. Duties include but are not limited to: Interior finish, interior trimming, exterior trimming sheathing, decking (screwing down flooring), building doors and ramps and installation. Duties Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Perform trim carpentry work, including installing moldings, door frames, and window casings. Execute flooring installation projects with precision. Carry out cabinet installation according to specifications. Engage in construction painting to ensure a finished look on all projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Requirements Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, impact drills and measuring devices. Familiarity with trim carpentry techniques is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
