Carpenter/Laborer Southernland Construction Co. Albemarle, NC 28001 Job Summary We are seeking a moderately skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some sort of background in various carpentry tasks and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities. Job will include helping and building fences and decks, but not limited to. Responsibilities Carry out heavy lifting tasks as required for material handling and installation. Fabricate wooden structures and components as needed for various applications. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Experience experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry is preferred. Familiarity with heavy lifting, fences, decks , framing, woodwork, and power tools is desirable but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs. able to work in hot environments (i.e. outside in the heat) Must be able to read a tape measure personal tools are not required or needed but beneficial if you have them.
