The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and remodeling, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites. This position involves performing a variety of tasks related to building and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties

• Execute remodeling projects, including but not limited to residential and commercial spaces.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
• Hang doors with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Install siding to enhance the exterior aesthetics of buildings.
• Lay tile with attention to detail for both functionality and design appeal.
• Assist in water damage restoration efforts, repairing affected areas effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Requirements
• Proven experience in remodeling and general carpentry work is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed throughout the workday.
• Familiarity with door hanging techniques and installation processes.
• Experience with siding installation.
• Previous experience in water damage restoration is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Must adhere to safety regulations on construction sites at all times.
