The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remodeling and construction, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial spaces. The Remodeler will be responsible for transforming spaces according to client specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including kitchen and bathroom renovations. Perform trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and other carpentry tasks. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations. Utilize tools and equipment safely on construction sites while maintaining a clean work environment. Read and interpret blueprints and project plans accurately. Conduct concrete forming for foundations and other structural elements as needed. Install glass fixtures and components with precision. Work effectively with other tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout all phases of the project. Skills Proficiency in remodeling techniques and best practices. Experience with Bluebeam or similar software for project management and documentation. Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols. Expertise in trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, concrete forming, welding, and glass installation is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
