Commercial Carpenters, Laborers, & Door Installers Positions 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars New Windsor, NY 12553 We are looking to hire year-round carpenters, laborers, and door installers who will be hired to work in commercial or residential projects, where they will build and install foundations, frames and walls as well as fixtures and hardware as required. Depending on the client’s requirements, we are searching for candidates who are capable of the following responsibilities: Use power tools to cut and prepare timber and assemble wood to form structures as required Create building frameworks, floors and roofs, or smaller items like furniture or skirting boards Review drawings and blueprints to determine which materials and installation approach to use Fit doors and window frames Assemble and install prefabricated structures, e.g. homes Install fixtures and hardware such as door handles, locks, insulating material or underlay Have own form of transportation to and from job site
