Carpenter/Laborer Fivestar Trademen McKeesport, PA 15132 Job Overview We are seeking Construction Workers for all positions such as Construction Laborer, General Laborer, Concrete Laborer, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, and Roofer, to join our team remodeling full house renovations. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks, including water damage restoration and flooring installation. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform water damage restoration tasks, ensuring properties are restored to their original condition. Execute flooring installation projects with precision and care. Install fixtures, including cabinets, countertops, and other essential components. Assist in construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments. Engage in concrete forming and installation as required by project specifications. Apply stucco finishes and other surface treatments to enhance aesthetics and durability. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Restore existing structures as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar labor-intensive role. Knowledge of water damage restoration processes is highly desirable. Familiarity with flooring installation techniques and materials. Experience in fixture installation, including cabinetry and countertops. Ability to perform construction estimating accurately. Proficiency in concrete forming and installation practices. Understanding of stucco application methods is a plus. Strong blueprint reading skills for effective project execution. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. $19.48 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
