Concrete Laborer – Flatwork & Decorative Concrete Howard’s Concrete, LLC Thompson, CT 06277 Are you a skilled concrete laborer looking for consistent, full-time work with a fast-paced and reputable company? We’re hiring! We are a busy, high-performing concrete company specializing in flatwork and decorative concrete throughout Connecticut and surrounding areas. We’re looking for dedicated, experienced individuals to join our team immediately.

Job Duties Include:

Assisting in setting forms and molds for concrete pours Placing and finishing concrete using hand and power tools Operating equipment such as plate compactors, concrete saws, and other concrete finishing tools/equipment Assisting with stamping, staining, or coloring concrete for decorative finishes Cutting, smoothing, and sealing concrete Cleaning and preparing job sites before and after pours Assisting foremen and finishers as needed Loading and unloading materials and tools Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Performing physical labor for extended periods in all weather conditions ✅

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of concrete labor experience (flatwork or decorative preferred) Reliable transportation to Thompson, CT Strong work ethic and ability to take direction Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Team player with a good attitude and attention to detail
