In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and finishing concrete surfaces, ensuring high-quality results in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of concrete installation techniques. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of both new builds and renovation projects. Duties Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including site layout and material organization Finish surfaces using various tools such as trowels, floats, and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate placement of concrete structures. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Assist in the renovation of existing structures by removing old concrete and preparing surfaces for new installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment related to concrete work.
