Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Contruction workers to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assisting with concrete demolition, concrete finshers, stucco finisher, painting and waterproofing. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of construction tools and techniques. You will be running a jackhammer, grinder, pressure washer, grinder, caulking and coating. Duties:
- 7:45AM to 4:30 PM (30 Minute Lunch) M-F (Saturdays Overtime) Pay $19.00 OT $28.50
- Assist with the demolition of structures, including removing debris and materials
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Restore areas after demolition by cleaning and preparing surfaces for future construction
- Maintain equipment and tools, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly
- Work in a cooperative and safe manner
- Punctual, reliable, ability to work extra hours on Saturday get paid Overtime!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in demolition or construction is preferred
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment, including power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of basic construction tasks such as caulking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members
