Concrete Finisher – Direct Hire Opportunity ???? Greater Philadelphia Area ???? $35-$40/hour | Full-Time | 40-50 Hours/Week Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers for a direct hire position with a reputable contractor in the Greater Philadelphia Area. We’re looking for professionals with a strong background in high-quality finishing and trowel machine operation. ????️
Key Responsibilities:
Form and pour footings, sidewalks, slabs, ADA ramps, stairs, and other concrete structures Finish concrete using broom, hand trowel, walk-behind, and ride-on trowel machines Complete large slab pours up to 20,000 sq. ft.
Perform general labor tasks:
grading, excavating, spreading stone/concrete by hand and equipment ????
What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on concrete finishing experience Skilled with both walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines (required) Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and teamwork mindset ???? Pre-employment requirements: Drug screening Background check ????
What’s Offered:
Direct hire with full-time, stable hours (40-50/week)
Hourly Pay:
$35-$40

50% employer coverage after 3 months
