The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various concrete-related tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic as you contribute to the successful completion of projects. Duties Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and pressure washing concrete surfaces. Assist in the mixing, pouring, and apply polymer-concrete and/or concrete coatings for various surfaces including sidewalks, driveways, pool deck, and concrete floors. Must be able to follow directions including project specifications to ensure accurate placement and application of sealants, concrete overlays and crack repairs. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Perform tasks related to masonry, concrete, applying concrete coatings, surface prep, installing drains, and various other minor construction skills . Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of the project. Skills Proficiency in basic concrete skills is preferred. Experience with commercial driving is a plus for transporting materials. Knowledge of painting or application of coatings is beneficial. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate equipment effectively. Familiarity with construction estimating practices is advantageous. Skills in flooring installation and tile laying will enhance versatility on the job site. Willingness to learn new skills related to decorative concrete applications and renovation projects is essential.
