We are a reputable inspection company with a decade of experience serving the South East Florida region. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking Property Inspectors to join us.

Service Area :

Broward to Palm Beach counties (Miami-Dade optional)

Responsibilities:

Conduct home inspections, with occasional commercial inspections (preferred) Generate clear, accurate, and professional reports (Spectora experience is a plus) Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and team members Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality and service delivery

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of property inspection experience (home inspections primarily) interNACHI certification (required) Spectora inspection software experience (preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to expand technical knowledge and skills Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites

Position Details:
