The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential rental properties to assess their condition and ensure compliance and safety standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to our Property Manager. This is a part time job and hours will vary on a weekly basis. This will be a 1099 position and jobs will be scheduled in advance. This position pays $75 per inspection. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of our rental homes. Evaluate the condition of various components of a home and identify any potential issues or safety hazards. Prepare detailed inspection reports through our property management software. Collaborate with property manager to provide insights on property conditions. Take photos of your findings and upload to our software. Collect data during inspections to support accurate reporting. Skills Strong understanding of quality inspection processes and construction management principles. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and accurately. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with Property Manager. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality inspections.
