Compensation :

$29-$36 hour

Minimum Requirements :

2+ years experience working in commercial roofing 1+ years of experience as a supervisor running commercial or residential crews 1+ years experience scheduling, planning and coordinating service and maintenance activities for commercial roofing systems A leading commercial roofing contractor is seeking a Service Foreman to oversee daily service and repair operations in various markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep roofing experience and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and team development. Key Responsibilities Supervise service crews and coordinate daily job site activities Ensure timely, high-quality execution of repairs and maintenance Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance Communicate with clients and manage expectations Maintain accurate service records and manage materials/tools Qualifications 3+ years of foreman experience in commercial roofing Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specs Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Preferred
