Key Responsibilities:

Crew Leadership and Supervision:

.Direct and supervise a roofing service crew, ensuring they perform tasks efficiently and safely.

Project Management:

.Oversee the entire roofing service project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring all work is completed according to specifications and timelines.

Quality Control:

.Maintain high quality standards for all roofing repairs and installations, ensuring leaks are located and fixed correctly.

Safety Compliance:

.Enforce all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring the crew and the job site are safe at all times.

Customer Relations:

.Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including timesheets, daily reports, and project progress.

Communication:

.Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and customers regarding project progress, issues, and safety matters.

Material and Equipment Management:

.Ensure proper use and maintenance of all tools and equipment, as well as proper handling of materials.

Training and Development:

.Provide guidance and training to crew members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Prior Experience:

Extensive experience in the roofing industry, including experience as a crew member and in supervisory roles.

Management Skills:

Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a crew effectively.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and customers.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Safety Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of roofing safety regulations and procedures.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of various roofing materials, systems, and techniques.
