General Construction Foreman Position Available In Assumption, Louisiana

General Construction Foreman Sage Construction, LLC Belle Rose, LA 70341 We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Foreman to lead our field crews in delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in civil utilities, framing, and/or concrete work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for civil construction projects
• Oversee and participate in framing, concrete pours, and underground utility work
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations
• Lead and motivate crews, assign tasks, and manage workflow
• Read and interpret plans and drawings
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to communicate project updates and resolve issues
• Maintain daily reports and documentation using project management tools (e.

g., Procore)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand in construction
• Strong knowledge of civil utilities (water, sewer, storm), concrete, and framing
• Experience with Procore or similar project management software
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Clean driving record (CDL a plus)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and physical Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling and estimating.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
