The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely. Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe workplace. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-related fields is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
