This role is essential in supporting various tasks across different projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks, providing support as needed. Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles and job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as required. Help with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, barricades, or other temporary structures. Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols on-site. Qualifications Previous experience in labor or construction roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus. Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
