Modern Stairs and Railing team as our Lead Construction Laborer and help craft stunning, minimalist floating staircases that transform spaces Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment. Duties Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks. Perform physical labor such as lifting and carrying materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
