The primary responsibility of this role will be to prepare work sites for concrete pouring by manually removing dirt, debris, and other obstructions. This is a physically demanding role requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The initial task involves clearing trenches and designated areas of loose soil and small rocks, similar to the conditions shown in the provided image, to ensure proper depth and clearance for concrete forms and pouring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually excavate and remove dirt, rocks, and other debris from designated areas using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other hand tools.
• Ensure trenches and pouring sites are cleared to specified depths and dimensions.
• Work closely with concrete crews and other team members to ensure timely and efficient site preparation.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of site barriers, safety cones, and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, including proper disposal of excavated materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on site.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a similar physically demanding role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, carrying, digging, and standing.
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows.
• Understanding of basic construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Physical Demands:
