Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Construction Laborers for a school project in Orlando, FL. While no JLA badge is required for the current assignment, we encourage candidates to obtain a JLA badge to allow for easier transitions to future projects. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, and all applicants will complete a skills test on the first day with their assigned team.

Job Duties:

Assist with general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and basic construction support
Follow directions from site supervisors and work alongside skilled trades
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Demonstrate skills and tool use proficiency during the first-day evaluation

Requirements:

Previous construction experience is required
Must bring own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, and boots)
Willingness to complete a skills test on Day 1
JLA badge not required initially, but willingness to obtain it is a plus
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
