Civil Laborer 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars Kissimmee, FL Abacus Digital is looking to hire an experienced light construction Civil Laborer in Orlando Area (Kissimmee, FL) to install fiber optic cabling for
MDU / SFU
neighborhoods.
Work Required:
- Trenching 6′
- 12” on property.
- Placing conduit in trench on property.
- Installing handholes / toby boxes.
- Assisting lead with molding installation.
- Assisting lead with terminal installation.
- Assisting lead with fiber pulling / blowing.
- Previous use of a sidewalk bore / missile system is a plus.
Company supplies materials, trailer, & tools.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in construction industry.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Candidate will start as a Helper that will have the opportunity to become a Lead in the next few months with our clients growing 2025 & 2026 demands. Target pay is between $1,000
- $2,000 per week per helper.
Pay is calculated by units. Payment is every week on Fridays. The work is available immediately with increasing number of sites available as the year progresses.
