Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Fabricator / Laborer / Technician to join our production team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on in the assembly, fabrication, and finishing of custom cargo trailers. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, reliable, and take pride in high-quality workmanship. Whether you’re experienced or looking to grow into a skilled trade, we’d like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Assist in the construction and assembly of cargo trailers using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Fabricate trailer frames, install flooring, wiring, insulation, and metal sheeting Perform general labor tasks including material handling, cleaning, and setup Conduct quality checks to ensure trailers meet specifications and standards Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Learn and grow in technical skills relevant to trailer manufacturing and maintenance Qualifications Previous experience in fabrication, construction, automotive, welding, or similar trades preferred, but not required Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks for extended periods Positive attitude, team player mentality, and attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt as part of a dynamic team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Stable, full-time employment with growth opportunities A supportive and respectful work environment The opportunity to be part of a longstanding and growing company Employee discounts and potential for overtime work
